| La Cueva is a casita with an outstanding view. situated on the edge of the small village of Las Tricias in one of the quieter and most picturesque areas of La Palma. Casita La Cueva offers sleeping accommodation for 2 and is built on the edge of a rock outcrop (not dangerous!) with panoramic views from the living room and patio of the barranca (gorge), national park area and down to the sea. The bedroom is an old dry cave, traditionally used for storing local wine. It is has been recently modernised to be used as a bedroom. The ceiling is formed by the rock roof of the cave. La Cueva is very quite and peaceful. |

| Accommodation. This casita has a living room/kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom. The main living room has windows along the western wall giving a panoramic view over the gorge and down to the sea. There is a sitting area, TV and mobile electric heater. The kitchen area is spacious and in traditional style, with cupboards, ceramic hob, refrigerator, magnetron. There is a serving hatch through the rock wall to the bedroom, and a breakfast bar. The bedroom has 2 single beds and cupboard space, with a low ceiling formed by the rock of the original cave. The bathroom has wash basin, shower and toilet. There is a small garden with table, chairs and sun beds The access gates to the house and parking area can be closed. |
